BharatEdge Startup Advisors Private Limited provides consultancy services limited to the following areas:

1. Business incorporation and compliance assistance (Pvt. Ltd., OPC, LLP, Partnership, Section 8, NGO)
2. Preparation and drafting of business-related documents
3. Start-up legal advisory and documentation support
4. Pitch deck, investor deck, and financial reporting assistance
5. Website development and digital marketing solutions
6. Certification support (Startup India, GeM, ISO, ZED, FSSAI, IEC, NSIC, Udyam)
7. Funding scheme advisory (CGTMSE, PMEGP, Seed Fund, NAIFF, PMFME, Gujarat Innovators)
8. IP documentation (Trademark, Patent, Copyright, Shram Suvidha)
9. ROC and GST compliance services
10. Other professional services as required by start-ups and growing businesses

It is expressly clarified that:

• BharatEdge Startup Advisors Private Limited is a consultancy service provider only and does not guarantee any outcome.
• We are not affiliated, associated, or in collaboration with any Government or Non-Government Agency, Institution, Organization, or Department.
• Any regulatory or government-related processes facilitated through our consultancy are subject to the applicable authority's rules, discretion, and decisions.
• The Company does not provide any guarantee of approval, sanction, grant, funding, certification, registration, licence, or government benefit unless expressly confirmed in writing by authorized management.
• The client remains solely responsible for ensuring their own compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Third-Party Services

• Some Services may involve third-party partners, platforms, or authorities. You may be required to accept their additional terms and conditions.
• Third parties may contact you directly via email, phone, or other channels.
• BharatEdge Startup Advisors Private Limited is not liable for the products, services, decisions, delays, or privacy practices of third parties, including government authorities.
• The Company is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party websites linked from our platform.

Intellectual Property Rights

• All content, documents, text, graphics, logos, videos, software, and other materials on this Website are the property of BharatEdge Startup Advisors Private Limited or its licensors, unless otherwise stated.

• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BharatEdge Startup Advisors Private Limited, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or legal claims.
• Any liability, if established, shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
• The Company shall not be liable for outcomes dependent on government decisions, statutory authority discretion, court orders, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BharatEdge Startup Advisors Private Limited, its directors, employees, affiliates, consultants, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, penalties, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our Website or Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Submission of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information or documents
• Infringement of any third-party rights

Payments and Authorized Channels

Payments for services are accepted only in the name of BharatEdge Startup Advisors Private Limited or BharatEdge Startup Advisors Pvt. Ltd. and must be made exclusively to their official Current Accounts via NEFT, IMPS, RTGS, or approved digital payment modes (UPI).

No payments are accepted in any personal account, third-party account, or under any other name. Any payment made outside these approved channels shall be solely at the payer's risk and responsibility, and the Company shall not be liable for such transactions.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Policy consists of the procedure to be followed and terms and conditions applied and considered for Refund and Cancellation in regards to Services provided by Bharat-Edge.

i. Eligibility Requirements for Refund

• Refund eligibility shall be determined strictly in accordance with the terms expressly stated in the applicable Service Agreement, Undertaking, or MOU signed between the parties.
• Services are classified as refundable or non-refundable in the Agreement, and this classification shall be final and binding.
• In cases where services have already been rendered, the extent of work completed shall be taken into account while assessing any refund claim.
• No refund shall be entertained beyond the terms of the signed Agreement.

ii. Refund Timeframe

• Approved refunds will be processed within 45 working days of receipt of all required documentation, including the Full and Final (FNF) settlement details, bank account number, and IFSC code of the beneficiary account.

iii. Refund Process

• An email will be sent by BharatEdge stating the terms, reason, and amount of the refund. The Service Receiver must accept and acknowledge the email. Bank account details must then be provided for transfer via NEFT/IMPS/RTGS.

Electronic Records & Signatures

• By using our Services, you authorize BharatEdge Startup Advisors Private Limited to affix your electronic signature where required for service-related documentation, unless withdrawn in writing before the document is submitted or processed.

Delivery of Services

• Services may be delivered electronically via email or digital download, or physically through reputed logistics and courier partners.
• Physical delivery may include additional shipping and administrative charges as communicated at the time of order.
• The Company shall not be responsible for delays attributable to courier partners, government portals, statutory authorities, or technical disruptions.

Force Majeure

BharatEdge Startup Advisors Private Limited shall not be liable for any delays, failures, or interruptions in service delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemic, war, strikes, power failures, internet outages, or acts of god. In such events, we shall make reasonable efforts to resume services at the earliest.

Cookies & Data Collection

• We use cookies and tracking technologies to improve user experience, analyze traffic, and deliver tailored content.
• Third-party analytics and advertising partners (including Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and Zoho CRM) may also place cookies or collect technical data as per their respective policies.

Reviews & User Content

Dispute Resolution

• Any dispute, difference, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through mutual discussion.
• If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration of the Indian Council of Arbitration.
• The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
• The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes not resolved through arbitration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Modifications to Terms

BharatEdge Startup Advisors Private Limited reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms shall be effective from the date of publication on the Website. Continued use of our Website or Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

Acknowledgement

By using our Website or Services, you acknowledge that:

Grievance Resolution

In case of any query, concern, or dispute regarding Services availed, the Service Receiver may write to us at support@bharatedgeservices.com from their registered email ID, clearly stating:

• Name of the Company or Individual
• Service availed
• Nature of the query or grievance
• Name and contact details of the authorized person

All grievances will be acknowledged within 3 working days and resolved in accordance with the applicable Service Agreement and these Terms.
